Developed in close consultation with the St Helen’s Council’s Housing Strategy and Neighbourhood Teams, the new homes succeeded in meeting local housing need and totally transforming a once derelict piece of land.
Five local apprentices were involved in the construction and wider aims to create local employment opportunities were also successfully met.
The two and three bedroom mix of semi-detached and mews homes were built and finished to a high standard featuring a timber frame construction, landscaped gardens, off-street parking, choice of kitchens offered, Aqualisa showers, Baxi Eco Tec boilers and French doors, all with a 10-year NHBC warranty.
